We’re back! Unfortunately we had to take a break immediately after opening because of issues with our production partners that meant we were unable to ensure timely delivery of orders and reliable maintenance of stock.
Since then, we’ve made two major changers to protect against this happening in the future:
1) We’ve switched from a back order model to an in-stock model. We keep a very small stock, but if a product says it’s available it is ready for dispatch and will be sent out in 1-2 days. You might have noticed the reduced delivery times!
Back orders are no longer possible, however you can request items by contacting us at info@outofarcady.co.uk.
Cabochons are currently not available. Check back or join our mailing list for updates
2) We have found a second production partner we work with now, this makes replacing stock much more secure. Polyjet printers are few and far between and sourcing companies to work with and ironing out any issues in the production process takes a huge amount of time and research. During this process, we received some pieces with incorrect colours (though otherwise produced to the same standard of quality as our other pieces) and are making these available for a reduced price.
